Pre-orders for 2019 Proprietor’s BCBS Gelato are now open! This gelato is a yearly collaboration with Goose Island for Prop Day. The 2019 Proprietor’s Bourbon County Stout is an homage to variants of years past fusing flavors of toasted pecans, coconut, cocoa and vanilla.

This year’s Proprietor’s BCBS Gelato is made with the 2019 Proprietor’s Bourbon County Brand Stout and features notes of toasted coconut and a bourbon pecan praline swirl.

Pick-up at the Proprietor’s BCBS Gelato Release Party at Black Dog Gelato West Loop, 1012 W Lake St., November 10th from 5-8pm.
